Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from St Thomas, Ontario. If for some reason there is a delay in getting your order shipped, I will contact you through the email you provided at checkout.

Packages are shipped through Canada Post and include tracking.

Delivery times to the U.S. vary. If you have not received your order 3 weeks after it was shipped, please contact me right away. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges.

RETURNS

I do not accept returns or exchanges. I try my best to accurately describe the scent and flavors of all products. 

If your package is damaged upon delivery please send me a message through the CONTACT page or email heysugarspa@gmail.com so I can rectify the situation.
